Nguma Island Lodge is 12km off the main road. This road is very sandy road and you definitely need a 4x4 to get to the lodge. We slept in a tent on stilts and enjoyed a homecooked 3 course dinner overlooking the lagoon.

Day 9 (13 December 2015) Maun to Etsha 13
After a big breakfast we left Moremi Crossing. It was pretty sad saying good-bye to the staff and the guides. At 8h30 we took our scenic flight back to Maun. Upon arrival we were met by Shepa who took us to Sitatunga Camp where our car was parked. From Maun it was a 4hours drive to Etsha 13. The road was pretty bad with lots of potholes. We are already used to all those animals on the roads!
